North America Market (30-Day Return Policy, Restocking Fee Terms Included)

Applicable to all orders shipped to the United States and Canada

1. Return Window
Return requests can be submitted within 30 calendar days upon signature receipt of goods.

 2. Return Eligibility
Items must remain unused, unwashed, with intact original tags and packaging. The following goods are non-returnable:
- Opened or used merchandise
- Customized products
- Clearance & final sale items

All handmade goods contain minor natural craft imperfections, which are not classified as defective products and do not qualify for free returns.

 3. Return Shipping Charges & Restocking Fees
- For defective items or incorrectly shipped orders: We will provide a prepaid return label with zero additional fees charged to you.
- For non-quality returns (change of mind, dislike of product, etc.):
  - You shall bear all return shipping expenses.
  - A restocking fee of 0% to 30% will be deducted from your refund according to item condition, to cover inspection, repackaging and related processing costs.
  - Expedited shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable as they constitute fully consumed services.

4. Return Procedure
Please contact customer service to submit a return request and obtain confirmation prior to sending back items.
Packages returned without prior notification will incur extended processing time and potentially higher restocking fees.
You are liable for all transit risks of returned parcels; a trackable shipping service is strongly recommended.

5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods. You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued.
