Terms of Service
Agreement between you (the Customer) and THE KOYI ART (the Store Owner)

By accessing our website, browsing products or completing checkout, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Description
All items sold are original handmade art crafts, plush dolls and customized accessories. Minor natural handcraft imperfections, texture differences and slight color deviation caused by display screens are not regarded as product defects. Custom personalized orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.

 2. Pricing & Payment
All listed prices are final, excluding international shipping fees, import duties and local taxes. Payment must be completed fully before order arrangement. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors without obligation to honor mistaken low prices.

 3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimated only, delays caused by customs inspection, logistics disasters, force majeure are not our liability. You are responsible for checking local import tax rules of your destination country.

4. Return & Refund Rules
Returns and refunds shall strictly follow our regional dedicated return policies for EU, North America and Southeast Asia respectively. We do not accept returns for opened hygiene-sensitive goods, final sale clearance items and fully customized products. Restocking fees will apply for non-quality voluntary returns as stated in regional policy.

5. Intellectual Property
All illustrations, artwork, patterns and designs displayed on this site are original copyrighted works of THE KOYI ART. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, reselling or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our website for fraud, account hacking, malicious order disputes, harassment or any illegal activities. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders permanently.

7. Policy Revision
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised agreement.
