Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
All products are handmade customized crafts. Standard production time is 3–7 working days after payment confirmation. We will send you production progress notifications via email.

2. Shipping Regions
We provide delivery services to the European Union, North America, Southeast Asia and most global countries. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight and size.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Southeast Asia: 7–15 business days
- North America: 12–25 business days
- European Union: 14–30 business days
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, peak logistics season, weather or force majeure events, which are beyond our control.

4. Import Duties & Taxes
Buyers are responsible for all local import tariffs, VAT, customs clearance fees charged by your local government. We will not mark orders as gifts to avoid customs duties, complying with international trade regulations.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Please contact us at ht870@gmail.com within 7 days after delivery confirmation if your parcel is lost, missing or arrives damaged. We will assist you with logistics claims according to courier regulations.
